Help with Running Cramps

Running cramps, particularly running calf cramps, afflict everyone from the person going out for a morning jog, to elite athletes. And it's not just runners that get cramps they can be a factor in any sport - tennis, swimming, golf, cycling and triathlon. Introduction

Hi there. Paul Newland and Katie Holmes here - a new blog for sufferers of running cramps and for anyone wanting to improve their sporting health. Look for regular posts and articles on sports nutrition, running cramps, ways of preventing muscle cramps - sign up for new feeds from our blog using one of the 'feeds' on the bottom right of the screen.
