Survivors - Guatemala - collapsing from heat exhaustion and cramps

A really interesting article about Survivor Guatemala - and the effect of the heat on the contestants during their jungle trek into camp.

It is an extreme example of some of the causes of cramp - lack of preparation, lack of acclimatisation, lack of water, lack of electrolytes etc.
