Beware Advice that says Low potassium level causes leg cramps

As readers of the Ultimate Cramp Busting Guide already know, it's not low potassium that causes running cramps and leg cramps - there's at least 2 other minerals which are more important and a whole range of things you can do in terms of diet and nutrition that will most certainly help.

While in some cases low potassium could lead to cramping, it's not likely - especially when you consider that potassium is one of the most common mineral across all food groups.
